Terms & Conditions

Last updated 23 August 2026

These terms govern your enrolment on and use of training provided by CFE Global, a trading name of Future Learners Academy Ltd. By registering for a programme you agree to them.

Enrolment

Your place is confirmed once your registration is accepted and payment in full (or an approved employer purchase order) is received. Batch dates, timetables and delivery formats are as described at the point of enrolment and may occasionally change for operational reasons, in which case we will give reasonable notice.

Fees and payment

Fees are payable in full, in the currency shown at enrolment (GBP, INR, AED or USD), to confirm your place. We do not offer instalment or payment plans, and course fees are non-refundable once paid (see our Refund Policy). Employer-sponsored places are invoiced directly on request.

Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, case studies and question banks are the property of Future Learners Academy Ltd or its licensors and are provided for your personal study only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publish them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our platform and community respectfully and lawfully, not to share your access with others, and not to disrupt sessions or other learners. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.

Independence from the ACFE

CFE Global is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with the ACFE. ACFE membership and the CFE examination are arranged separately by you with the ACFE and are not included in our fees.

Liability

We take care to deliver high-quality preparation but do not guarantee any particular examination result, which depends on your own effort and the ACFE’s assessment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
